this is what i wore into work today: jeans, long sleeve button up shirt, wool sweater, scarf, wool coat, boots.

went to chicago this past weekend to hang out with my mom and sister. they were there for the bridal market, so i spent a lot of time surrounded by sparkly dresses. we also took an architecture boat tour, saw the filming of some crazy helicopter movie scene off michigan avenue, and ate the most delicious deep dish pizza.

it’s finally warming up here and i can feel summer coming on slowly. i’m missing the beach terribly, but i’ll be kissing its salty lips very soon.
